The Washington State Department of Ecology released its ninth auction results tied to the WA Cap and Invest Program.  The price cleared at $50.00 per allowance up from $40.26 per allowance from the December Auction #8 but not meeting the threshold of $60.43 per allowance needed to trigger an Allowance Price Contingency Reserve (APCR) auction.
